Senior Tax Specialist

• Ensuring clients' companies are tax compliant and that the optimal tax strategy is implemented as per Cyprus and International tax law and regulations.
• Provide advice on complex ad hoc advisory projects such as mergers and acquisitions, restructuring etc.
• Leading tax reviews for audit of financial statement.
• Monitoring legislative and regulatory tax law developments and understanding how they impact companies.
• Advising clients on nation and international transfer pricing matters and the Directive on Administrative Cooperation (DAC).
• Preparing newsletters and delivering in-house trainings on major tax issues.

• University degree with a background in Accounting, Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• ACCA or ACA qualified will be considered an advantage.
• Minimum 4+ years' experience in tax advisory services.
• Knowledge of the Cyprus and international tax law and regulations including, corporate income tax, transfer pricing studies and Directive on Administrative Cooperation (DAC).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence to work independently and willingness to work with teams.
• Relevant professional qualifications will be considered as an advantage.
