- Conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Developing branding and advertising campaigns.
- Managing social media presence.
- Create the storytelling and reflecting the brand values/strategy in events, presentations and marketing department positioning.
- Collaborating with sales and product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Directing brand team and cross-functional partners in the development and execution of the brand strategy.
- Engaging with key external stakeholders, such as agency and other partners, to source thought-leadership.
- Leading different marketing pillars, insights, communications, innovation pipeline and portfolio.
- Adjusts plans based on data insights.
- Stays up-to-date with digital marketing trends to adopt innovative approaches.
- This position requires a Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or Marketing (or equivalent field).
- 7+ years of experience working in a similar role in digital and/or e-commerce companies.
- Track record of growing customer engagement and brand revenues.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation and collaboration skills.
- Experience in building communities of potential customers.
- Past experience in web marketing agency is considered a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Any knowledge of Spanish will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
- Positive self-starter, willing to go above and beyond.
- Out of the box thinker with excellent storytelling skills to inspire.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a discerning eye for creativity.
- Ability to work in virtual teams in global matrix operations.
