- Interaction with current and seek potential VoIP providers in various regions upon request.
- Regularly engaging with providers regarding compliance with regulatory norms.
- Collaboration with VoIP providers to identify and rectify potential errors in the services provided.
- Preparing data for contracts.
- Internal communication with various departments regarding VoIP matters.
- Complication various reports as requested by the manager.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in a similar position.
- Experience working with external providers.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Experience in conducting business correspondence in English (email, messengers, Skype).
- Strong communication skills, autonomy, ability to gather information independently, and work autonomously.
- Experience with Jira or similar tools (a plus).
- Experience in service integrations via APIs (a plus).
