Join us, and you could be one of them.About the Role:Main Responsibilities:Maintenance budget: cooperates with the UGP Manager and Maintenance Responsible to define the maintenance related budget for what is under his/her competence, manages the budget and performs variance analysis.Implementation: assures the correct implementation of the Maintenance policies.Medium term plan: elaborates the maintenance plans on a monthly basis, verifying the availability of resources and machinery & equipment subjected to maintenance.Deadlines book: updates deadlines book for maintenance services, according to changes in maintenance policies or need for maintenance services.Short term plan: elaborates the maintenance plans on a weekly basis, upon resources availability (personnel, spare parts, suppliers), evaluating the opportunity to advance/ defer maintenance services according to information received by Maintenance operative team responsible.Works delivery: assures right execution of operative tests before delivery plans, after the execution of planned or improving maintenance services.Planned maintenance: cooperates to assure the right execution of planned maintenance, in order to assure the execution respecting timings.Updating and filing / archiving: ensures that machinery books, operative manuals and other documentation are adequately updated and archived, being available to possible usersVendor's evaluation: collects information needed to evaluate supplier's quality in order to hold them in the company vendor list.Realization: evaluates, under technical and economical perspective, the proposals for ongoing improvement, assuring the execution of the best proposals, evaluating the achievement of expected outcome.Data collection and analysis: collects and analyzes data related to machinery & equipment performance and executes tests on availability and reliability.Who we are looking for:Minimum 8 years' related professional experienceExcellent command of Mandarin and English both in spoken and writtenGood interpersonal and communication skills and good leadership skillsExcellent project management abilityHow to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
