- Budget Preparation: Lead the annual budget preparation process aligned with the company's annual plan.
- Budget Supervision: Adjust the company's accounting system to adhere to the budget and conduct regular tracking of Actuals vs. Budget.
- Management Reports: Prepare weekly and monthly reports and presentations for management and the board of directors, including Balance sheet, PNL, cash flow, and other required reports.
- Budget Analysis: Analyze budget implications on company operations and strategies.
- Decision-making Participation: Participate in decision-making processes and implement decisions in the company budget.
- Financial Exposures Management: Manage the company's liquid assets, including analysis of currency exposure, cash flow management, and supervision of the investment policy.
- Financial Operations Management: Manage financial operations with banks and other financial entities, including selecting appropriate banks and negotiating terms of account management.
- Investor Relations (IR): Respond to investor inquiries, prepare reports for investors, and participate in investor meetings.
- Tax Compliance: Liaise with local authorities for tax issues, including regular tax reporting and securing special tax incentives.
- Audit Preparation: Prepare for yearly external audits and/or tax audits as required by law.
- Other Duties: Fulfill other duties as requested based on company demands.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.
- Five years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience, preferably in production or BPO.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and Accounting Software.
- Fluent in English.
