We're on the hunt for a seasoned sales and marketing professional looking for a fresh challenge - pioneering a brand-new role within our aquatics team.Day to day you will be developing and delivering our Marketing Strategy across Aquatics, leading an effective and customer-centric sales process to meet revenue targets, supporting and coaching Customer Service Delivery Representatives to sell 'learn to swim' and 'fitness' memberships and seeking out opportunities for cross promotion.Because this is new to the team, it will mean tapping into untapped potential, flexing creative muscles, and devising fresh promotional and marketing strategies. As a trailblazer, you'll shape the way we approach sales, bringing proven processes and tactics to the forefront.
