Handling day-to-day office tasks efficiently Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards in office areas, including canteen, washrooms, and kitchen Performing maintenance tasks around the office, including changing lightbulbs, assisting with IT installations, and minor repairs Managing office supplies to support smooth operations Welcoming and assisting guests and visitors Preparing meeting rooms for various meetingRequisitosRelevant administrative or hospitality education preferred, but not a requirement Previous experience in a similar role and/or hospitality industry, particularly in housekeeping, cruise industry, are advantageous Basic-Intermediate English with good communication skills Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office applications is appreciated Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to tasks Motivated and driven to excel in all responsibilities Responsible with excellent task prioritization skills Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to assist others
