- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate industry.
- Proven experience (2 years) in real estate operations management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
