Primary Skills
  • Project , People management and financial management of assigned Project
  • Should have thorough Domain knowledge in FCUBS (Or Equivalent) Core, CURRENT AND SAVINGS ACCOUNTS, Teller, Deposit, INTEREST AND CHARGES, Payment, Lending and corporate Modules. Wider knowledge about Corporate Banking and Treasury will be desirable.
  • Ability to interact and communicate with client Business / IT Teams independently. Ability to engage CXO and senior management from both Oracle and Client side.
  • Analyze solution approaches, estimations, best practices, project risks and recommendations.
  • Lead technical team members in Development or Implementation or Managed Service activity.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation and communications skills
  • Excellent knowledge of banking terminologies, concepts and processes
  • Good communication & documentation skills in English
  • Analyze solution approaches, estimations, best practices, project risks and recommendations.
  • Good Team handling skills
  • Plan, manage and communicate the progress of the project, achieving project milestones and maintaining momentum of the project
  • Utilize a mix of global resources within a matrix environment
  • Facilitate resolution of issues and roadblocks
  • Quickly assesses customer needs, develops innovative plans to solve complex business workflow.

  • Knowledge of FCUBS version 14.x modules like OBPM, OBLM, OBVAM functionality.
  • Exposure to software development processes and practices, Testing tools
  • Awareness of latest in Banking
