- Oversee 6 outlets, including 3 thematic restaurants, an exclusive beach club, a golf club restaurant, and the banqueting and events area.
- Coordinate and lead the outlet managers to ensure compliance with quality standards and effectiveness of staff training.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve growth objectives and service excellence.
- Continuously monitor and enhance service quality, paying close attention to customer feedback.
- Work closely with the Culinary Director to align F&B operations with the resort's culinary vision.

- Fluent in Spanish and English.
