The impact you will have in this role:Being a member of the Directory Services team means you will be a part of a technology team with diverse skills and are commitment to servicing our organization's needs. Whether it's PowerShell, terraform, security, active directory and azure active directory skills required for projects and support initiatives, collaborating and working well as a team is key to achieve the desired outcomes and common goal. In this role you would be required to contribute towards new project implementations as well as enhancements to existing services and processes, catering to the requirement of our internal customers while having a client focused and risk approach. There is also significant opportunity for advancement and growth in this role based on your performance and contribution towards the organization goals. What You'll Do:

Automation and scripting of essential and repetitive tasks to streamline administrative processes.
Develop and implement automation strategies will significantly enhance productivity and reduce the potential for human error.
Collaborate across teams and other technical guides to during the intake, development phases and resolve issues identified during testing and deployment.
Provide ongoing maintenance support post-deployment.
Active Directory configuration and management
Cloud service management (i.e Azure active directory)

**NOTE: Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. ** Talents Needed for Success:

Strong knowledge in PowerShell scripting and automation is a must.
Experience with Terraform plus.
Basic Database skills (SQL) an is a must.
Should be a self-motivated individual with good problem solving and analytical skills.
Experience with Agile practices and tools will be a plus.
Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
Clear communication skills are a must for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, documenting, and providing support.
Good interpersonal skills to help a productive work environment that contribute to successful project outcomes.
Customer service oriented a must.
Attention to detail and thoroughness a must.
IT governance, and compliance a plus
Be a self-starter with innovative ideas or solutions to help continuously improve our technological offerings.
