Top Company providing Internet SolutionsThe RoleYou will be responsible for :Good technical knowledge on Networking solutions and products➢ Ability to discuss technical solution with local IT Managers in Thai language and also in English➢ Working knowledge on Wireless LAN components preferable➢ Knowledge on Access points, Switches, Gateway installation, replacement and management preferable ➢ Support internal teams for delivery and customer support related activities➢ Ability to coordinate with backend GNOC and product team to address customer issues➢ Closely support Business Delivery Manager in engaging new opportunities and during order closure as required➢ Post-delivery, support Business Delivery Manager in collection activities as required➢ Any administrative support for branch office as and when required➢ Ready to travel within Thailand for customer engagement regularly. Ready to travel out of Thailand for sales support activity if required.➢ Overall a good team player and aspiring to grow within the companyIdeal Profile- 3+ years installation and support of Networking products / solutions and other IT Services preferably in the Hospitality / Hotel segment.- Ability to read, write and converse in English and fluency in Thai LanguageWhat's on Offer?
