See more of what we do .This Technical Implementation Associate role lives within the customer engagement arm of the Granicus' Digital Services Implementation Team and is a key member of the Implementation Services (IS) team. This team helps customers (government agencies) create valued online services, and partners with customer to enhance the way that government organizations support their communities through strategic experience management.As a Technical Implementation Associate you will be an novice with aspirations to learn more about the govService platform, and a key partner in the successful rollout of smaller projects across North America. You are a customer focused contributor who works hand-in-hand with the project management team to implement products and solutions that require a higher level of technical knowledge (i.e. Web Services, internal and external APIs, SMS products and additional product integrations) for new and existing clients. Expert technical knowledge and enthusiasm for client success are cornerstones of this role.\nWhat your impact will look like here

Learn basic functions of the govService platform
Review features, phases, and solution requirements for customer implementations.
Ensure smaller implementations meet client specific missions and solve core challenges around effective, efficient and engaging communications.
In partnership with the assigned Project Manager, lead and manage Granicus technical product implementations and solutions on schedule and with high quality.
Clarify implementation commitments.
Collaborate with product, engineering and other technical stakeholders on delivery of key solutions for the customer.
Learn to conduct system training for client administrators and developers, when applicable.
Work closely with Process Designers (internal “builders”) and Project Managers that interface with customers alongside you - to advise on progress and share ideas.
Ensure acceptance criteria are clearly defined and verify it matches the requirements.
Stay up to date on the latest process, IT advancements, and programming languages to automate and modernize systems.
Work with Senior management to prioritize workload based on business needs and requirements.
Security Requirements:
Responsible for Granicus information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Granicus information assets in accordance with the company's information security program.

BA/BS degree or equivalent
Have high level technical literacy and familiarity with a broad scope of technologies used to build web applications, which helps determine how a software solution fits into an organization's current structure and assists in the development of specifications and requirements.
1-2 years of experience with APIs, PostGreSQL, MySQL, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
0-2 years of experience with Python.
0-2 years of experience with React.
Demonstrate and ensure timely and thorough communication of strategy, deliverable status, and results.
Have ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams to build and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions.
Have a relentless commitment to prioritizing the most valuable work first.
Have excellent communications skills - listening, verbal, and written.
Can work both independently and as a member of cross-functional teams.
Have a passion for customers.

Preferred Skills:
Have served as a developer for high-touch clients.
Have previous experience with the govService product.
