- Learn basic functions of the govService platform
- Review features, phases, and solution requirements for customer implementations.
- Ensure smaller implementations meet client specific missions and solve core challenges around effective, efficient and engaging communications.
- In partnership with the assigned Project Manager, lead and manage Granicus technical product implementations and solutions on schedule and with high quality.
- Clarify implementation commitments.
- Collaborate with product, engineering and other technical stakeholders on delivery of key solutions for the customer.
- Learn to conduct system training for client administrators and developers, when applicable.
- Work closely with Process Designers (internal “builders”) and Project Managers that interface with customers alongside you - to advise on progress and share ideas.
- Ensure acceptance criteria are clearly defined and verify it matches the requirements.
- Stay up to date on the latest process, IT advancements, and programming languages to automate and modernize systems.
- Work with Senior management to prioritize workload based on business needs and requirements.
- Security Requirements:
- Responsible for Granicus information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Granicus information assets in accordance with the company's information security program.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Have high level technical literacy and familiarity with a broad scope of technologies used to build web applications, which helps determine how a software solution fits into an organization's current structure and assists in the development of specifications and requirements.
- 1-2 years of experience with APIs, PostGreSQL, MySQL, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- 0-2 years of experience with Python.
- 0-2 years of experience with React.
- Demonstrate and ensure timely and thorough communication of strategy, deliverable status, and results.
- Have ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams to build and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions.
- Have a relentless commitment to prioritizing the most valuable work first.
- Have excellent communications skills - listening, verbal, and written.
- Can work both independently and as a member of cross-functional teams.
- Have a passion for customers.
- Preferred Skills:
- Have served as a developer for high-touch clients.
- Have previous experience with the govService product.
