Maintain a healthy portfolio by understanding each client's business and taking calculated risks in invoice purchases.Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:1.Loadboard Management:
  • Navigate loadboards to select and prioritize loads.
  • Ensure efficient management of shipments based on customer expectations.
2.Tracking and Communication:
  • Conduct regular check-calls and maintain accurate event logs.
  • Enable drivers on Macropoint and follow up if tracking issues arise.
3.Handling Transit Incidents:
  • Communicate with drivers to identify and address transit-related incidents.
  • Take necessary action, including issuing comchecks and escalating to internal teams.
4.Booking Loads:
  • Post shipments on DAT.
  • Vet and onboard carriers through RMIS.
  • Negotiate rates and book carriers.
5.Customer Portals and Reports:
  • Update shipments in customer portals.
  • Prepare end-of-shift reports for smooth transitions.
6.Building Loads:
  • Build loads via various platforms.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments based on truck ETAs.
7.Customer Relations and Problem-Solving:
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactively engage with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
8. Revenue Generation and Weekend Responsibilities:
  • Identify and act on customer opportunities during weekends.
  • Collaborate with weekend reps to manage shipments and generate revenue.

Minimum requirements:
  • Studies: Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration or Logistics related. Other studies are also considered.
  • Experience: At least 3 or 4 years of experience In the financial area.
  • Language: Advanced English skills. B2 or higher is required.
