Currently products for the divisions Chassis Control, Powertrain Solutions, Diesel Systems and Electrical Drives are produced there. Also pass-through business is handled for several divisions.Job DescriptionRole & Responsibilities: * Plan maintenance and predictive maintenance.
Eliminate unplanned machine breakdown (Repair, analysis root cause and sustainable countermeasure.)
Prepare appropriate machine spare parts to avoid long time machine breakdown and TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) plan.
Work with related function to follow up, update and closed OPLs.
Record, analysis, daily tracking Main KPIs of %Technical loses, MTBF, MTTR and Maintenance cost to achieve Business Plan target.
5S and Safety work
Contribution of ISO14001 and ISO45001 target.
Create work instruction, TPM plan and predictive maintenance plan.
QualificationsQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor' degree.Special Skills:1) Mechanical and Electrical drawing2) Microsoft office program3) CAD and Sketch-up programLanguage Proficiency Level: Able to communicate in English.Additional InformationWorking conditions
