Role ResponsibilitiesRelationship Manager -Non ResidentRESPONSIBILITIES*Strategy*Qualified new to bank onboarding
  • Focus on New to wealth activation
  • Cross segment and cross border referrals
Business
  • Qualified Priority Client Growth - Ensure that all Priority Banking RMs do 2 Qualified Priority Client net growth per month.
Processes
  • Group audit, statutory audit, CORAM, OR and QA.
  • As assessed by Group Audit/QA/OR/CORAM in Spot Checks. Rating of ‘Improvement required’ would qualify for a performance rating of 2. A satisfactory rating will qualify for a rating of 1. Timeliness to be assessed by regional OR managers
  • Performance rating as assessed by the regional ops risk managers.
  • Performance rating as per audits by external auditors & OR team
Risk Management
  • Ensure management control and performance/operating standards are appropriate and are being adhered to, as per ORMA standards
  • Key Control Standards, SORR, LSORR along with KRIs to be accurately made & reviewed along with appropriate samples and sent in time
Regulatory & Business Conduct
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Lead the [country / business unit / function/[team] to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles: [Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.]
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters
QUALIFICATIONSTRAINING, LICENSES, MEMBERSHIPS AND CERTIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor Degree /MBA/
  • Experience 5 Years in banking and financial industry
