- Active participation in the analysis, reporting, and recommendations of all information related to the Direct Labor Cost and its interaction with budgeting/forecasting and costing of products.
- Control, analyze, and explain the discrepancies in the indirect labor headcount (FTEs, temps, students, and agency workers) in actuals vs. budget and actuals vs. forecast every month.
- Lead the Labor Standard Cost Calculations for the Budget every year.
- Assist in preparing accounting financial reports according to the organization's procedures, instructions, and requirements, guaranteeing the normal functioning of the accounting area's operational processes and the reliability of the information provided.
- Prepare/review the calculation and payment of the weekly and monthly payroll, with details of the data on hours and days worked, pertinent adjustments, and others to correctly make payments to operating personnel and management in a timely and reliable manner.
- Analyze attendance reports, inconsistencies, schedule changes, and overtime.
- Review the calculation of settlements for personnel leaving the company to pay social benefits in a reliable and timely manner, their delivery to the former collaborator, their application in the system to keep it up to date, and their custody.
- Certify the reductions corresponding to ASEBAXTER (loans, savings, employer and personal contributions, various affiliations).
- Review and present the reports of the C.C.S.S, INS, Banco Popular, and Income Tax monthly, and maintain an auxiliary of the Annual Income Tax to provide adequate information for the annual report of the D-152.
- Execute tours to the floor to evacuate various queries from employees for specific issues.
- Onboarding presentation for newly hired employees.
- Provide various reports for discussion forums and decision-making, including details of weekly hours worked for EHS, Costs, Management, and Planning.
- Effectively and efficiently carry out accounting closings to provide correct and timely monthly information for the company's decision-making.
- Prepares, analyzes, and keeps updated on the reconciliation of the accounts related to the area and any other spending accounts assigned by the accounting management.
- Provide support to everyone within the company who requires accounting and payroll knowledge to make crucial decisions, such as changes in internal policies, reviews of accounting data, and modifications of internal benefits.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or related.
- At least three years of experience in accounting/payroll roles.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including lookup and pivot tables.
- Strong understanding of intermediate accounting concepts and analytical skills.
- Experience with policies and SOPs development and implementation.
- Demonstrated experience with reconciliations of Balance Sheet Accounts.
- Proficiency in Workday, Soft-land, Kronos, ATL.
- Knowledge of current labor legislation.
- Intermediate English level required.
- Availability to work with our telecommuting policy.
- Accounting experience in a large multi-national organization and Free Zone regulations.
- Desirable demonstrated knowledge and understanding of GMPs, FDA regulations, Quality System Regulations (QSR), ISO 13485 requirements, and Quality regulations.
