Senior Estimator

• A bachelor's in civil engineering, architecture or equivalent years of work experience.
• You should have at least 5-7 years' experience in estimation & costing with Joinery and fit-out company.
• Minimum 5 years in UAE is desirable.
• High proficiency in numeracy and strong analytical skills. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Ability to read and have a good understanding of CAD.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.
• Project management skills.
