Job SummarySupport the execution of clients' business plans and trade marketing strategies for Unilever International client to achieve overall sales targets.Support daily operation tasks internally (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain) and externally (Client).Ensure collating feedback / information from branches on time, as well as generating standard reports etc.General ResponsibilitiesSupport superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditure against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources.Execute and monitor promotion plans to achieve marketing goals.Gather market and customer feedback on the current product range and new product introductions.Communicate new developments regarding the clients' or competitors' products to the sales team.Coordinate and communicate all planned activities to all operational departments and Business UnitsLiaise with client's marketing team to coordinate promotional material deliveries.Liaise and communicate with client's marketing team to ensure all marketing activities been update accordingly to DKSH team.Follow up on invoices, goods receiving and payment.Monitoring on stock balance, near expiry stocks clearance, high stock holding.Generation of monthly reports and progress reports on sales, promotion, distribution for monitoring & tracking:
  • Daily sales tracking report
  • Weekly stock balance report
  • Monthly Sales Analysis Report
  • A&P tracking on daily basis.
  • Monthly Business Review deck preparation
  • Ad hoc tracking (distribution, status of execution)
Conduct Business Review with client when required.Coordinate with different personnel from different department to meet the requirements of whole business operation.Functional Skills and Knowledge
  • Possess strong organization skill / interpersonal/ negotiation skills.
  • 2-3 years working experience in Marketing / FMCG environment.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Willing to learn attitude.
  • Resourceful and will take initiative to look for solution.
  • Good command of English
  • Strong analytical background and knowledge of statistical analysis methods
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Education
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration / Sales &Marketing or related major
