Your expertise in Omnichannel technologies is key. You’ll spearhead the development and delivery of programs that integrate these technologies into systems. This will create and improve assisted channels, ensuring they’re easy to use and deliver real value to those who need them most.Benefits:

- Proven experience with omnichannel customer service software, ideally including Genesys and NICE.
- A solid understanding of CRM systems, with experience using and contributing to Salesforce a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking, critical thinking, and sound judgement for developing solutions and offering advice.
- Prior experience in a similar senior role, reviewing complex reports and extracting key insights for targeted communication.
- Familiarity with reporting tools like Datadog and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and MuleSoft.
- A keen ability to balance process adherence with the need for clear decision-making, especially during service outages.
- The ability to thrive under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working in the healthcare sector or another government agency is a plus.
