You will also be tasked to drive legal compliance and process innovation across our operations in Germany, Spain, Italy, and Serbia.You will join a team of 10 talented individuals and will work closely with , our Head of Global People Operations. You will be in charge of managing the People Ops working for our markets (3 members).👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Lead People Ops at Qonto, you will:
  • Ensure legal compliance and best practices across all operational markets.
  • Develop and implement global People Ops processes, enhancing efficiency and consistency.
  • Work closely with local People Ops representatives to understand and address market-specific needs.
  • Lead key People Ops projects, from conception to execution, across multiple countries.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the People Ops team in France, sharing insights and learning.

At Gorillas, she was instrumental in aligning business and growth strategies as a Senior Global People Business Partner and Head of People Business Partners. Since joining Qonto in July 2023, she's taken the helm of Global People Operations, focusing on innovation, process improvement, and strategic alignment of people management practices.

  • People Ops and payroll experience: You have previous strong experience as a Local People Operations Expert or a Global HR Generalist with a strong understanding of legal compliance in European markets.
  • Projects: You can multitask and prioritize your daily workload and possess a proven track record in project management and process improvement.
  • Communication skills: You possess excellent interpersonal communication skills to encourage social dialogue.
  • Leadership potential: You are willing to grow into managing a multi-country team.
  • Languages: You are fluent in English to engage with all international team members within the company. Speaking French or Spanish can be a strong plus.
