- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Manual QA Engineer or similar role, with a focus on mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and their respective guidelines and best practices.
- A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodology.
- Experience with bug tracking systems (Jira, ClickUp), keeping you on top of issue management and resolution.
- Proficiency with test management tools (TestRail, Xray), streamlining our testing processes and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, facilitating clear and effective collaboration across teams.
- ISTQB or equivalent certification.
- Experience of using open source test tools and test frameworks, such as Appium.
- Knowledge of programming languages, especially Java is a plus.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and related tools like Git and Jenkins.
- Experience in iGaming.
- Manual Testing: Conduct comprehensive manual testing of mobile applications on various devices and operating systems to identify defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
- Test Planning: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, create detailed test plans, and test cases that cover all aspects of the mobile applications.
- Regression Testing: Perform regular regression testing to ensure that new features and bug fixes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Exploratory Testing: Creatively explore the applications to uncover hidden issues, edge cases, and potential usability improvements.
- Defect Reporting: Clearly document and report defects using established processes, including detailed descriptions, steps to reproduce, and screenshots/videos as needed.
- Issue Tracking: Utilize issue tracking systems to manage and monitor defects throughout the testing lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and verification.
- Test Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and testing guidelines.
- Feedback and Improvement: Provide input on process improvements, testing methodologies, and quality enhancement strategies to enhance the overall QA process.
- Test Automation: Implement and maintain automated test scenarios using mobile test automation framework.
