Operations Director Opportunity in Wuxi - Leading New Energy Components ManufacturerThe Green Recruitment Company is pleased to announce an exceptional career opportunity for an Operations Director at a prominent new energy components manufacturer based in Wuxi. We are seeking a driven and experienced professional to oversee and enhance our client's operational processes, contributing to their status as an industry leader.Key Responsibilities:Direct and manage plant operations for production, maintenance, quality, and shipping and receiving.Coordinate plant activities through planning with departmental managers to ensure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.Implement cost-effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures, manpower, wages, and salaries.Manage capital asset maintenance.Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards.Control and minimize labor overtime, premium freight, and repair expenses.Maintain existing plant facilities and equipment; replace, or make adjustments to plant facilities and equipment when necessary.Provide leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives.Incorporates shop floor organization and plant cleanliness among plant personnel.Qualifications:Proven experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment, ideally in the new energy sector.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, financial management, and project management.Excellent leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and lead teams.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Location:This role is based in Wuxi, offering a strategic position in one of China's rapidly growing industrial hubs.Remuneration:A competitive monthly salary range of 60,000-80,000 CNY, commensurate with experience and qualifications.Comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.Interested candidates are invited to submit their comprehensive resume with a cover letter to Eva Zhou at .
