- Developing AI-driven products: Lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of AI-powered solutions to enhance our tele sales financial services.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and technology teams to ensure alignment and integration of AI initiatives with business objectives.
- Conducting market research and analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and customer needs, conducting thorough market research to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
- Defining product strategy and roadmap: Develop a clear product vision and roadmap for AI initiatives, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market demand.
- Managing the product lifecycle: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, iterating based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Ensuring product compliance and security: Maintain compliance with industry regulations and security standards, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of customer data.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Fully bilingual (English-Spanish).
- 3+ years of experience in product management or related roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts. Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and data science principles is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Previous experience working in the small business market is a plus.
