To maintain a list of furniture, fittings and assets.
To manage office supplies (beverages refills, consumable and stationery) stock and place order when necessary.
To maintain and update employee dental and optical claims.
To manage and administrate meeting and training rooms booking, perform booking of meeting room as required.
To organize and manage the filing system for vendor’s contract and agreements.
To make accommodation and transportation arrangement for company visiting executive and visitor.
To perform monthly stock count for office supplies and company assets.
To hire maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment and facilities.
To courier documents and to recipient as requested.
PRE-REQUISITES:
To succeed in this role, it is expected that you will have:
Knowledge/Experience/Technical Skills required
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (English written and verbal)
Solid computer literacy skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to speak up and connect with admin peers for best practice sharing and collaboration
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
Strong organisational and planning skills
Qualifications – Education and/or professional
Bachelor's Degree, Diploma preferably in business administration, business management, marketing or equivalent
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Good time management and self-discipline
Minimum 1 year experience in administrative works is given advantage
Proficiency with MS office applications (Word and Excel)
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
