- Ensure well-trained and equipped commercial organization and provide business tools /analytics and insights to meet company targets.
- Refine and enhance sales processes, leveraging the incumbent's expertise for maximum operations efficiency.
- Dive deep into data analysis to unearth strategic insights that inform our sales direction.
- Provide forecasting that drives precision in planning and resource utilization.
- Align and execute sales strategies in tight collaboration with the Commercial Leaders,
- Ensure optimal usage and maintenance of sales tools and CRM systems, with a keen eye on performance metrics.
- Build strong ties across functions, uniting marketing, finance, supply chain, etc., for organizational-wide synergy in achieving business goals.
- Develop and execute Trade Marketing Strategies and plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Provide a framework on resource allocation based on the internal requirements and external market.
- Identify solutions and technologies that drive sales efficiency and, consequently, revenue growth.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Manage budgets and ROI of trade promotions, pricing initiatives, and trade incentive programs.
- Drive Perfect Store and execution
- Responsible for driving business analytics and management reporting relative to the annual AOP process and regular reviews, monthly operations review, sales report, and historical sales summary.
- Ensure insights generated are shared with the proper stakeholders and actioned, when appropriate.
- Drive channel demand forecasting using quality data that undergo thorough validation with the channel partners. This includes oversight of regular business review meetings with the channel.
- Oversees sales performance tracking and SFE reporting for individuals and total team
- Responsible for the calculation of sales incentives aligned with the approved sales force bonus scheme.
- Lead the company's annual strategic operations planning and implementation through a project management approach.
- Lead regular review of project status (monthly and weekly meetings) and ensure action plans, initiatives, and KPIs are undertaken per agreed timelines
- Oversee sales-related training and capabilities improvement to help field sales in further promoting the Goodyear brand, products, and services
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in marketing or any business-related degree, an MBA is a plus
- 10+ years of combined experience in trade marketing and sales experience and execution of comprehensive sales and trade strategies
- Must be strategic and comfortable with data to translate business insight.
- Familiarity with databases and sales software, consumer insights, product sustainability, category strategy, trade, and brand marketing
- Exceptional communicator, capable of educating and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
