We believe in making Great Moments for Everyone, Every day.JOB TITLEUAE National - Import & Export Associate | MAF Retail | UAE Head OfficeROLE SUMMARYThe associate - Import and Export is responsible for all administrative tasks related to the Import & Export of the MAF Retail operations.ROLE PROFILE

Coordinate with import suppliers on shipment availability & documentations
Ensure products are registered in Dubai Municipality
Coordinate with clearance agent for all shipments
Obtain freight quotations.
Coordinate with Distribution Centers prior to shipment arrivals, arrange for inspection & confirm once stocks are released for sale.
Documentation finalization for export shipments and align with Distribution Centers for loading.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in commerce
1-2 years in a similar role
Time Management & Communication skills
Attention to Details
