Powered by our purpose - the relentless pursuit of a world that works better for people - we serve and transform leading enterprises, including the Fortune Global 500, with our deep business and industry knowledge, digital operations services, and expertise in data, technology, and AI.Inviting applications for the role of Accounting Operations Specialist - Domain Trainee - English – Remote TurkeyWe are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of Accounts Payables (Invoice Processing on SAP/Oracle + Knowledge of AP process), tracking the AP cycle ensuring the processing of the suppliers' payments and to settle all the AP accounts, process vendor invoices accurately and respond to queries to ensure timely payment.Responsibilities

Responsible for mailroom activities for scanning invoices to ERP
Follow up supplier payments.
Resolve and clear any duplicate payments and non-compliant payment requests.
Manage supplier's SOA to clear all unpaid invoices.
Manage and track accrual accounts for clearing.
Manage and track prepayment/manual payments.
Reconcile suppliers' invoices with SOA records.
Analyze and manage payment on time to align with contractual payment terms.
Review and amend essentials of valid invoices like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, invoice date, currency etc.
Settle suppliers credit notes, prepayments and manual payments.
Manage business' early payment requests.
Provide assistance to compliance and audit requirements.
Manage and execute continuous improvement projects to increase AP efficiency as a part of business development
Month end reporting for BA declaration

QualificationsMinimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields,
Experience in Accounting/Finance or similar dept,
Proficient in MS Office Applications and PC Skills.

Preferred qualifications

Strong analytical skills and detail result oriented,
Proven Good command English written and spoken,
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
Oracle ERP experience is an advantage.
