  • Liaising with internal teams (such as Media, Creative, Merchandising, LG, Packaging, etc) to ensure smooth communication and constant alignment
  • Supporting on timeline creation and keeping track of schedules
  • Preparing meeting reports and project recaps
Product development & Sourcing
  • Interpreting product specifications of designers’ projects
  • Coordinating external suppliers and factories involved
  • Follow the product development process from first prototyping to production
  • Understanding of production processes and cost impacts
  • Keeping track of quotations and costs
  • Printing process knowledge is a plus
Who you are
  • Successful studies in Product Design or Economics/Engineering with a strong focus on products and production process
  • Proactive attitude and great team spirit
  • Attention to details, without losing overview of the bigger picture
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical and pragmatic approach to the projects
  • Interested in the fashion ecosystem, as well as related fields (Design, Arts, etc)
  • Fluent in English
  • Good use of Excel and PowerPoint are mandatory
  • Photo retouch and 3D programs skills are a plus
