As a Seasonal Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services for our guests during their stay. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring a positive guest experience by providing exceptional customer service.Job Role:
- Safely and efficiently transport guests to and from designated locations, from Xara Palace and to the Xara Lodge
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage and other belongings
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle at all times
- Follow all traffic laws and hotel policies while driving
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and providing recommendations for local attractions and restaurants
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour at all times while representing the hotel.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Previous experience in a customer service or transportation role preferred
- Knowledge of local roads and attractions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physically able to lift and move luggage and other items.
