Candidates must be having graduate degree along with 4 to 5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, building customer relationships, and market research.Sr. Business Development Executive job role is to ensure customer satisfaction, assist in commercial/sales activities and ensure targets are met at all times.Job Responsibilities:

Meet B2B sale targets by using various sale methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, etc.).
Evaluate customer needs and build productive long-lasting relationships.
Expand client database within assigned territory.
Follow up on leads for conversion to sales.
Meet monthly B2B revenue targets.
Attend meetings and training to keep abreast of the latest developments. Be part of an efficient sales team to ensure sales productivity is growing and existing customers are retained 100%.
Assist in solving sales/commercial activities.
Assist in developing database to keep an eye on competition activities and a close watch on the market trends and events on real time basis for timely corrective actions.
