You will be responsible for:
  • Overall leadership and stewardship of the financial strategy for Nāti Growth.
  • Shaping the team and set it up for success.
  • Continuing to enhance and implement robust best practice and processes for their technology platforms.
  • Overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes for multiple companies.
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to support ambitious growth across their portfolio of companies and business units.
  • Overseeing/managing monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting of the financial results of the company internally and externally.
  • Ensuring compliance and statutory requirements are met.
  • Monitor cash flow and funding requirements to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Undertake finance disciplines such as business valuations, Net present value analysis, business modelling, due diligence.
The ideal candidate for the Chief Financial Officer role at Nāti Growth Ltd will bring a wealth of experience and a proven track record in financial leadership across various industries. As a Chartered Accountant, you will have significant business and commercial experience, with a particular focus on asset management, investment and business development into new markets/ growing share in existing ones. Your strong leadership skills, coupled with your excellent communication and negotiation abilities, will enable you to effectively lead the finance team and liaise with key stakeholders.
