COMMODITY TRADING (CEO) ($27,000-$35,000/AWS/VB)

• Develop commodity futures and financial derivatives hedging strategies, initiate, and manage physical and financial positions for profit;
• Manage price exposure for trading positions;
• Develop relationships with key trading counterparties and internal stakeholders;
• Determine the business plan based on the requirements of Board of Directors, set up the business management and operation system of the company and make proper improvement to provide the business operations with sufficient resources;
• Responsible for determining the annual financial budget plans, profit allocation and deficit coverage plans;
• Develop a healthy corporate culture and strengthen the company brand image.
• Prepare reports as required by management
• Maintain proper inventory control

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business/Commercial or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Trading experience in both financial derivatives and physical commodity trading is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
