1. ¬ Assists the Project Manager as and when required with all aspects of project scope.
2. Ensure project completions activities are completed as per specifications and project schedule.
3. Deputize for Project Manager as and when required.
4. Lead the Project Engineering Team through design stages of project.RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Assists the Project Manager as the focal point for all engineering, construction, and commissioning related issues for TCW project.
2. Works under directions of Project Manager to assist and support activities of Project Manager, Construction Manager, and Lead Commissioning Engineer on request basis.3. Oversee design development during detailed engineering of projects. Review and approve all relevant deliverables from engineering/ construction contractors and vendors.4. Effectively participates in design review workshops, PHA and environmental studies such as HAZOP/ HAZID/ ENVID/ SIL/ EIA. Supervise close-out report preparations by engineering contractor.5. Effectively interact and communicate with other project management team members. Provide technical review feedback on their engineering deliverables for constructability, errors, omissions and consistency.6. Ensure compliance to relevant company and project specifications so as projects are correctly designed and meet all requirements in terms of environmental, health and safety controls as well as volume, quality and other applicable process parameters.7. Ensures consistent and effective implementation of interface management plans applied project wide.8. Attends and leads regular meetings with interfacing organizations to ensure timely communication of issues interface and minimize interface disconnect.9) Liaison with the operating (DEL QOPS) team to collect necessary data for the project, and ensure proper handover of final documentation. Organizes meetings with DEL Engineering department for co-ordination of interfaces including Facilities Modifications Proposals and Handover of Engineering
Documentation.10. Responds to technical clarifications from EPC bidders / vendors and participate in technical bid evaluations.11. Effectively interact with other departments in as and when needed for project issues.12. Complies with DEL’s policies and procedures in all areas impacting the business, including, HSE, operational, commercial, financial, administrative and HR practices. Demonstrates zero tolerance to divergence. Highlights and requests correction, where necessary.

13. Adheres to the legislative requirements of all countries where the DEL project operates. Maintains the highest ethical standards in dealing with all persons. Preserves loyalty by working for the exclusive benefit of DEL throughout the duration of the assignment.14. Coordinates and assists in processing of Variation Orders through issuing Instructions, reviewing Cost Estimates, Proposals and Requests and ensuring proper implementation in terms of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning.
15.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
Additional Engineering / Project Management qualifications will be an added advantage..
Minimum Experience:
10+ years total relevant work experience Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil and Gas Project Management.Skills
