- Mastery:
- Operations background in small to medium-sized organisations where you have set things up from scratch or been heavily involved in the set up.
- A track record of leading the development of thoughtfully designed systems or processes and implementing them across a business.
- Proficiency in analysing data and identifying areas for improvement.
- Expertise in project management and problem-solving.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a remote or start-up environment.
- An understanding of change management approaches.
- Communication:
- Precise and structured communicator both written and verbal in English.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using communication and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Leadership:
- An understanding of leadership styles and when to use them.
- A people-centric approach to leadership and development.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Impact:
- A track record of making organisations better beyond just doing the basics.
- Mastery:
- Excellent Excel skills and a strong interest in data management.
- ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications knowledge and implementation experience.
- Professional certificates such as Certified Manager (CM), Certified Operations Manager (COM), or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies and change management.
- Communication: Precise and structured communicator both written and verbal.
- Leadership: A proven leader/coach/developer of teams or teams of teams.
- Impact: A track record of implementing scalable and repeatable solutions in projects and organisations that had a significant positive impact.
