Responsibilities
  • Play an active role to develop Chinese and foreign institutional client to understand their investment objectives and provide appropriate investment recommendations;
  • Stay informed about market trends, economic development, and company-specific news to provide timely and relevant investment insights to institutional client;
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including research analysts、IBD etc, to develop comprehensive investment strategies for clients;
  • Participate in new issue placement, IPO underwriting and secondary market in equities products;
  • Source and originate business opportunities on equity products. Meet and exceed sales target and performance metrics while adhering to regulatory guidelines and compliance standards.
Requirements
  • 3-8 years of relevant experience in equities, preferably with an established client base;
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related discipline(s);
  • Attained all regulatory criteria for carrying out licensed activities;
  • Tactful in handing clients’ needs and thinking out of the box for solutions from multi-perspective;
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment;
  • With successful experience in block trades or understanding of structured products will be given priority consideration.
