- Apply theoretical and professional knowledge in assessing and formulating appropriate nutritional plan and develop relevant patient education resources
- Maintains up-to-date, accurate and clear documentation
- Motivates and supports patients in treatment adherence and making dietary changes with the aim of supporting patients in achieving optimal health.
- Contribute to the field of nutrition and dietetics by participating in research activities and quality improvement projects
- Conduct public education and interprofessional training for staff, patients and community
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams and contribute to the organization's efforts in providing quality patient care, delivering clinical education to patients and community
- Degree in Dietetics
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience in healthcare settings with Dietetic services
- Registered dietitian at Singapore Nutrition & Dietetics Association (SNDA) or any recognized Dietitians Association preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently at different polyclinics
- Ability to communicate local languages/ dialects will be an advantage
