  • Taking on an operational role with direct responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the OCG and LM Planning departments.
  • Maintaining a customer-focused approach to achieve the objectives of the department.
  • Generating and delivering value for both internal and external customers by efficiently managing daily operations.
  • Be part of Line Maintenance Department project lead, work closely across multiple departments to understand the information needs, ensure strategy and developed solutions fit the evolving needs, and how technology supports reengineering to improve the Line Maintenance operations.
  • Implementing improvement initiatives and developing a control plan, which includes training, communication, and revising process documents, to ensure sustained improvement results.
  • Upholding a safe working environment within the department.
  • Ensuring that data and processes are prepared and in place to facilitate timely delivery of project deliverables and other internal business improvement projects.
  • Support business improvement initiatives and reporting as required for departmental annual business improvement plan.
What You Need1. Functional and other Relevant Experience
  • A HKAR-66 B1/B2 License would be an advantage.
2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
  • A recognized degree in Engineering or related disciplines.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
  • A good team player with strong supervisory skills and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft 365 software, including Excel.
  • Experience of using engineering systems such as Ultramain or AMOS would be an advantage.
