Are you ready for a challenge?About the roleOur team consists of 9 Team and Executive Assistants located in Bratislava, and we are the point of contact for all administrative tasks and the driving effort for their execution, collaborating with our internal partners.We are ready to welcome a new team member to make sure things run smoothly and are prioritized properly.Your main responsibilities will be:Handle calendar management, including scheduling of internal/external appointments and events across time zones and arranging all required logistics (rooms, video conferences, catering, accommodation etc)Processing of expense reports, incoming invoices, and other administrative tasks in a timely mannerData Steward in Client Relationship Management system (creation and updating of new and/or existing Contacts, Partners and target groups)Updating team lists and distribution listsAbout YouYou are highly motivated, resilient and diligent. You are always willing to learn new things and can adapt to constantly evolving, international environment.
