- Responsibilities:
- Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients/customers.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients/customers.
- Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the products/services.
- Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements.
- Achieving sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Continuously updating knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure smooth sales processes.
- Preparing sales reports and forecasts to track progress and present to management.
- Participating in sales meetings, conferences, and events to network and promote the company's products/services.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a sales executive or similar role, >preferably in the industry related to the company's products/services.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients/customers.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or sales tools.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products/services.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (in some cases, relevant experience may be sufficient).
- Flexibility to travel, if required, for client meetings or industry events.
