Provide support, identify and diagnose issues and problems for network and security to customers such as configuring firewalls, switches, and other network/ security devices.
Categorize and record reported queries and provide solutions.
Perform day-to-day to do managing and troubleshooting network & and security service, incident, problem, request, and change management.
Advise users on appropriate course of action.
Monitor issues from start to resolution.
Work with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Escalate, if needed, unresolved problems to a higher level of support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, IT, or related fields
At least 0-3 years of experience in network & security areas
Knowledge and Experience with network or firewall support and troubleshooting, Ticket handling service support.
Knowledge and Experience with SD-WAN, Network Security and Cyber Sec solutions
Proxy, Web Application Firewall • Knowledge and Experience in LAN/Datacenter networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP,SSL,HTTP,
CCNA , CompTIA Network+, FortiGate, Palo Alto product certificate is advantage
Good communication, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills with interpersonal and problem-solving skill.
Good command of read, listen, written and speaking English.
