We are Recruitment Agency, currently recruiting for BPO companies near PJ. We are looking for Customer service (Mandarin Speaker)Job Requirements include: -

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Mandarin; average proficiency in English is acceptable.
Fresh graduates (SPM or above) are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

To efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer call inquiries.
To provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems.
Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
