- Improve the data integrity of all our prospects and accounts, utilising our 3rd party data vendors, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date
- Admin management of Salesforce Account Management (Pardot), ensuring its setup and configured to support us in reaching our goals
- Support in the management of our other key marketing platforms 6sense, Outreach.io and Google Analytics ensuring we are getting the most out of all our tools
- Implementation of advanced campaign tracking to improve the accuracy across our attribution and marketing influence metrics
- Implementation of a more advanced inbound strategy, utilising prospect lead scoring to pass engaged relevant leads on to the sales team
- Technical build out of advanced email nurture journeys, driving higher engagement within our inbound leads
- Improved management of our email templates, working with 3rd parties to improve structure, compatibility and design
- Limit the number of Salesforce Account Management (Pardot) synchronisation errors across all form handlers and data imports
- Data analysis skills which would be used across a range of marketing projects to support more informed decision making and a data led approach.
- Implement improvements to our reporting dashboards, with more accurate data and enhanced ways to communicate how we are tracking against our goals.
- Take ownership for some of the marketing standard operating procedures, with a view to constantly improve, refine and automate our processes.
- 2+ years experience working in an operational capacity supporting an organisations use of Salesforce Account Management (Pardot)
- Ideally, holds relevant Salesforce Account Management (Pardot) training certifications
- Has experience across setup and management of email nurture journeys, campaign tracking and lead scoring
- Has a natural aptitude for data analysis and is comfortable working with complex spreadsheet formulas as well as basic knowledge of SQL
- Ideally, has previously worked with other Marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Outreach.io, 6sense and/or similar platforms
