- Lead and develop a motivated SCM Team comprising Order fulfillment & Transport, local Procurement&Buy Off, Planning and functional lead to logistics
- Development and operation of the Plant based Supply Chain organisation in a cost effective manner, meeting market needs and internal objectives as well as external legal requirements
- Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.
- Measure and follow up on objectives for deliverables in the plant based organization and launch initiatives to reach objectives
- Manage escalations in a timely manner
- Involvement in, and execution of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
- Monitor Supply plans to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities
- Engage actively in Site based activities (Production, Finance, Sales, HR) and actively participate in the Group Supply Chain Management Team to continuously develop a coherent and cost effective Supply Chain
- To represent Group Supply Chain Management and participate in relevant activities with internal customers and suppliers
- Ensure appropriate leadership and guidance of the organization
- Functional owner of ERP within the operational area
- Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service.
- Execute Group Supply Chain strategy and achieve objectives within the regional Supply Chain function
