It conveys the idea that as an accountant, you help us chart our course to financial success.As a FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT you will be responsible for contributing to our financial and corporate foundation, reporting to the CFO. Your responsibilities include:
- Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Internal expense management
- Assist with preparation of periodic financial reports & financial statements
- Support VAT declarations & reconciliations
- Work together with the broader Finance function (Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis) to deliver their daily work
- Support in executing controls as outlined in the internal control system (ICS)
- Handling customer and client emails and phone calls
- Support delinquency management
- Maintaining documentation of internal accounting memos and treatment
- Professional level of German (spoken and written), English as an advantage
- You have at least 4 years of hands-on accounting experience
- You have completed your training as an accounting clerk and have relevant accounting certification (preferably Swiss GAAP)
- You are an all-rounder when it comes to administrative topics
- You are fluent in German and English?
- You are comfortable working in a dynamic project environment and articulating your opinion?
