Unterstützung des Generalagenten und der Aussendienstmitarbeitenden in sämtlichen administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen
Entgegennahme von Kundenanrufen sowie Kundenempfang in der Generalagentur
Terminvereinbarungen für Vorsorgeberater (Inbound)
Erstellung von Offerten, Kundenunterlagen, Statistiken und Auswertungen
Unterstützung bei Verkaufsförderungsmassnahmen inkl. Verwaltung der Werbeartikel
Erfassung und Pflege von Daten in diversen Swiss Life Applikationen
Mithilfe und Organisation von Kundenevents und Marketingaktionen
Aufbau und Pflege der Social Media Präsenz der Generalagentur
Ihre Stärken
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Assekuranz- oder Kundendienstbereich
Sehr gute MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Affinität für Social Media
Zahlen- und Organisationsflair
