- Manage a team of two Advertising & Media Specialists.
- Overseeing the EU media plan budgets, negotiating contracts, and coordination of media placements to support the brand awareness of the different product lines and drive traffic across Europe, ensuring global consistency.
- Manage the media planning strategies and buying for print, out-of-home, digital, and special projects.
- Daily contact with key publishers and media partners to maintain and nurture good business relationships.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align media buying efforts with overall marketing objectives and initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide regular updates on campaign performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Development of integrated media objectives and strategies to provide innovative and appropriate media directions.
- Monitor ROI and KPIs, and evaluate advertising projects for marketing and sales effectiveness - reporting on recommendations and strategy.
- Stay up to date with digital media developments. Coordinate the activity of analysis and research on market needs and competitors for appropriate ad development and placement.
- Education: Degree in Communication or Marketing.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Leadership attitude and experience in leading a team.
- Advanced negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong interest in advertising and communication.
- Self-motivated, hard-working, creative.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on cross-functional and multi-national teams and in a critical/stressful environment.
- Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines.
- Languages: fluent in English.
