Customer Service Manager (f/m/x)

- Execute order processing through our distribution software. Follow up with order status inquiries, special requests, and general service inquires.
- Work closely with dispatchers and other customer service representatives to determine best and most economic delivery methods to meet clients' needs.
- Answer incoming calls and emails in an efficient manner
- Maintain current database records of customer and pricing information (provided by local sales management)
- Maintain filing system for sales order paperwork
- 3 to 5 years customer service experience, ideally in the healthcare industry
- Must be fluent in English, French. (other languages are an asset, German especially)
- First experience in a company subject to SOX and GAAP compliance, with a good understanding of strict process monitoring
- Experience with order entering in an ERP system
- Competence in MS Office applications: Excel, Wo
- Strong team player
- Strong communication skills, with ability to communicate on the phone and on .emails.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and international environment
- Positive can-do attitude
- Self-motivated and well organized
- The person will be expected to follow and support all Company policies and procedures
