- Focus on increasing membership within the luxury market segment.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to onboard luxury brands and encourage utilization of services.
- Aim to maximize revenue and market share in the luxury segment.
- Set and achieve sales goals by analyzing performance data and making forecasts.
- Understand brand needs and demonstrate how solutions meet these needs.
- Oversee the creation of pitching tools, ensuring they are brand-aligned and efficient.
- Work closely with internal teams to enhance pitching materials such as decks, demos, and presentation tools.
- Identify and act on opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintain adherence to company policies, industry standards, and ethical practices in all sales activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within the luxury sector (e.g., jewelry, watches, yachting, automobiles, wine & spirits, fashion).
- Proven experience selling SaaS backend solutions covering value chain processes.
- I would go for someone involved in backend solution selling
- Proven track record in luxury sales management and C-level relationship management.
- Comprehensive understanding of the luxury sector, including industrial processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English; the company operates in English.
- Willingness to travel at least 20% of the time.
- A hands-on, team-oriented approach with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for technology is an advantage.
