- providing advice and guidance to employees and managers
- become a 'go to' person for employees and management
- support the business on any employee relations matters
- setup of workflow processes, integrate mandatory processes
- backfill for HR Director for several EU countries
- introduction and maintenance of tools like feedback tool (Career Conversation), holiday and sickness planning (eDays), recruitment tool (SmartRecruiter)
- ensure a proper database management, make sure all data are captured correctly
- carrying out HR administration to the payroll team, providing all needed information to the third party payroll provider
- integration of Publicis benefits to VIVnetworks
- ensure communication with Finance department on HR matters
- Recruitment: creating job adverts and posting jobs on websites and publications, perform interviews
- setup of a proper onboarding process for new hires - intern and extern
- setup of training offers to employees
- delivering all needed reports in a timely manner for audits and to Finance department
- general HR administration including preparing and issuing contracts, letters, requesting and providing references, data entry, etc.
- organize team social and charity events
- organized, driven and proactive HR Coordinator with a can do-attitude and strong communication skills
- team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will help to further develop company and culture
- possessing strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships and trust quickly at all levels
- able to manage a varied workload to tight timescales, whilst maintaining high quality and accuracy
- ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
- knowledge about CZ work law and responsibilities of the company
- base knowledge about payroll system in Czech Republic (third party provider takes care of the final payroll)
- representing VIVnetwork at state authorities and partner companies
- language skills: Czech mother tongue, English fluent
- excellent MS Office skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
